What a delightful Easter break we had! The idyllic, green surroundings of this countryside retreat were perfect for a peaceful and private getaway. We loved waking up to the beautiful birdsong and being surrounded by lush trees and hedges. The accommodation itself had so much charm and character, making it a truly unique stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having wifi and a good TV, especially when it came to watching the Eurovision. And let's not forget the fresh free-range eggs we could buy from the friendly wandering chickens - such a lovely touch!
While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor downsides. The mattresses in the double room were a bit too soft for our liking.

The cottage had a shabby chic style which added charm, and it was adequately equipped for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful outdoor surroundings. It was also dog-friendly, which was perfect for us. The double bed provided a good night's sleep, and the outdoor space was ideal for children. The hosts were friendly, and there was a games room with a pool table and table tennis, as well as swings for the kids. There was also plenty of information provided on local walks and attractions.
Felt really like home, no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Long Barn! The peaceful and natural surroundings created a truly idyllic retreat. We loved waking up to the soothing sound of birdsong and being surrounded by greenery. The accommodation oozed charm and character, making it a cozy and comfortable space. Plus, having wifi and a good TV was a bonus for enjoying Eurovision! One of the highlights was being able to buy fresh free-range eggs from the friendly chickens wandering about. we highly recommend Long Barn for a tranquil countryside getaway.
Although the accommodation was delightful, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The mattresses on the beds in the double room were a bit too soft for our liking, and the kitchen cupboards had shelves that were too high, especially for shorter individuals like myself.

I always choose this place because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, TV, and allows pets. The staff even helped me print some important documents. Perfect for my business trips.
